It's been ongoing for a while, but now the community is paying more attention to Team Fortress 2's bot problems. Robin Atkin Downes, the TF2 voice actor, has spoken out in support of the game's issues and will likely speak with Valve.
SquimJim, a Team Fortress 2 player, posted a video (via IGN which calls TF2 "literally inaccessible now") complaining about the nearly two-plus-year-old bot problem that the long-running FPS games are suffering from - which some suspect could have been linked to the 2020 leak of TF2’s source code - and urging the community to press Valve to do something about it.
It seems that even Team Fortress 2's voice actor are protesting the issue. Concerned players were also pinging Robin Atkin Downes – who, among other roles, voices the Medic in TF2 as well as Kazuhira Miller of Metal Gear Solid 5 - who now supports them.
Downes assures players that "I listen to you", but reminds them that he hasn't worked on the game. He adds, "I will do my best to help you", and promises to contact Valve this week "to ask them about this."#Tf2 Community! I'm sorry! You should understand that I was an actor in the .... game. I don't work for Valve. I will still do my best to assist you. I will reach out to Valve employees this week to inquire about your situation. #Medic #Tf2 pic.twitter.com/oJpGsxdAee

The community waits with bated breath for Valve's response. However, the problem is likely to get worse and Steam quiz games won't fix it.
